We believe that clients should have affordable and accessible therapy without sacrificing quality. All of our clinicians receive intensive, ongoing training and support and participate in weekly team meetings to ensure the best quality care.

We are considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. We can submit for out-of-network reimbursement for our clients to make the process easier for clients, which can allow for a lower out-of-pocket payment per session.
This is one of the most important parts of building a strong relationship between client and therapist. The only situations where we can break confidentiality is if a client is actively suicidal, homicidal, and/or if a child is suspected of being abused or neglected.
We ask that our clients come to session every week, and are not able to do biweekly sessions. We don’t hold clients to a specific number of sessions, though we do expect them to meet with their therapist weekly while they are in our care.
We have split the calendar year into quarters: Q1 January 1-March 31, Q2 April 1-June 30, Q3 July 1-September 30, and Q4 October 1-December 31. During each quarter, we give our clients one (1) early cancellation. An early cancellation allows clients to provide their therapist with at least 48 hours notice, and they don’t get charged for missing that week’s session. Early cancellations do not roll over between quarters. We will charge clients for missing a weekly session if: 1) a client provides at least 48 hours notice but has already used the early cancellation, 2) a client provides less than 48 hours notice and is unable to reschedule that week, and 3) a client does not show up and does not provide their therapist any notice.
